I agree that the student will behave respectfully towards instructors, fellow students, and staff at all times. This includes appropriate language, conduct, personal hygiene (including use of deodorant), and maintaining a positive learning environment. Advice or instruction will only be offered when requested by the instructor.

Attendance, Punctuality & Studio Rules

I understand and agree to follow this requirement.

I understand that students are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually, notify instructors in advance where possible if absent, and follow all studio rules. Students must wait in reception until class time, wear the required uniform, keep hair tied, and ensure exits and studio spaces remain clear and clean.

Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

I understand and agree to follow this requirement.

I acknowledge that dance classes are physically demanding and confirm that the student is medically and physically fit to participate. I accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during classes or while on the premises, and understand that Rhythm of Bhangra is not liable for personal injury, loss, or stolen property.

Fees, Bookings & Refund Policy

I understand that all classes must be booked and paid for in advance. All purchases are final and non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable. Makeup classes (maximum two per term) are subject to availability and prior notice of absence. No refunds or credits are provided for missed classes except under limited circumstances outlined by Rhythm of Bhangra.

Media Consent & Disciplinary Action

I understand and agree to follow this requirement.

I consent to Rhythm of Bhangra using photos or videos of the student for promotional purposes, including social media, unless I notify the studio in writing to opt out. I understand that breaches of the Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or expulsion, and that theft or non-payment will result in immediate termination of enrolment.

Parental Responsibility & General Consent

I understand and agree to follow this requirement.

I confirm that the information provided is accurate and agree to provide emergency contact details. I understand that Rhythm of Bhangra is responsible for children only during class hours, and that parents/guardians are responsible for timely pick-up and drop-off. I agree to all studio policies and terms as a condition of enrolment.
